Lizzy at present it appears Aubrey is willing to risk losing to the company to creditors rather then do the right thing. I think it was who you mentioned earlier in a post it was alarming AE would not take the time to negotiate with the concerned shareholders - a team comprised of people who have the funds “and who earlier offered” a PP at .85 cents. It is clear Francis has the financial support to move this project forward, AE does not.
