| | | Yes, Gunzo, it is Sunday but these are extraordinary times for the next little while. Besides, in my position every day is Sunday. Let's be fair. Up until the recent past most people posting here sang the praises of what AE and the BOD were doing. So I think it is unfair to not acknowledge what they did. Some where and somehow they have become derailed. So the CG are responding to this present situation. I'm not suggesting that all of a sudden it happened. Most likely it has creped up on them due to bad attitudes.
When a movement like the CG has to organize, it is for a reason. When they approached AE for some answers and arrange a meeting, you treat people with respect. You gain nothing by demonstrating disrespect. We have to stay on the high road. Give the old BOD and AE the respect they deserve for what they have done. Going the direction the CG has gone, we need all the help we can get to reach our objective. That means persuading those who are in a present condition of satisfaction that we are a better choice. Insult them and being disrespectful only turns them off. You lose their vote and lose your chance to talk with them. That attitude is no better than what we are experiencing. When our people make a call they have to talk to someone with a bad taste in their mouth. The first paragraph was intended for you, Gunzo, what follows is for all of us. It is important you do not take the rest of this personally.
I really began this to answer KRFTWRK's post about the announcement from the company. If that is their best shot, it should make the CG's job easier. I have been vocal that the pressure is on them to state clearly what their financing plans would be. The CG group has. I said to say nothing means they have nothing. They have not even hinted they could finance. This should be the biggest red flag anyone should pay attention to. Their last attempt only got half what they wanted. Is there any chance they can even match such a poor response? The suggestion I had was that AE has become the problem. Are you surprised? If he treats those whose money he needs with the same disdain he treated the CG group, no wonder financing has dried up. If you want to experience failure, go ahead and vote green. But for sure make your next stop at an office of a psychiatrist.
canrad, if this BOD has as many connections as you'd like to believe, they must all be paupers. None of them are risking their money. They sure economized with their energy as well. I'm sure they know what they are doing. They have to save some energy to pack up and get out. At least some of them. Sometimes a delay is a good thing. I think we have been in that state long enough. How long a delay to produce the report J.J. was working on? Why is it on hold? No money to continue? Time to get moving again. The trouble is we need money to progress. This company NR doesn't show me any money nor does it suggest they can get the money.. |
