Did you look at the tables in my post? They address the debt levels of each company using commonly accepted ratios. Not only is their capital structure deteriorating, their revenues and profits are falling as well. I don't care what Katy Huberty at MS says, I think she is wrong or has an agenda we don't know about.

Regarding the dividends, STX does yield a little over 4% right now while WDC yields 2.2%, but still, that doesn't account for the vast difference in P/E multiples.
