Bill: Good question.
Estimated earnings of $300K, 150M shares issued, and P/E of 20 would
result in .04 per share to start with.(This is the 1st acquisition)
According to an earlier announcement, pre-tax earnings may be $300-450K. Also, considering the emerging possibilities (the other entities wishing to be acquired are "highly" profitable), and the available tax loss carryforward, we may see a higher p/e, based solely on expectations.
Just my .02. There are risks involved.

P.S. It would be great if they found US investors before the 40-day period runs out.
