Declared short position this month could be interesting but it still won't explain the R4 restriction put on TCLN shorters last Friday, those are undeclared positions.

I think the explanation I just gave Jerry goes a distance toward explaining why a concerted short effort has to be cumulative, most of them are. We certainly have the rumors, innuendo and trashing that is indicative of our current stock action.

BTW, recent Bloomberg filings have Taylor buying 10,000 and Shepard buying 20,000 shares.
