Review of Canada Carbon's progress in the tribunals.

From the last paragraph of the presser:
"After adjudicating on the two motions above, the Court set a schedule of deadlines to be met until the hearing of the judicial review.
What a judicial review is:
A process where a court of law is asked to rule on the appropriateness of the decision of an administrative agency or tribunal.
And also:
A distinctive feature of judicial review is that the "appeal" is not usually limited to errors in law but may be based on alleged errors on the part of the administrative agency on findings of fact.


So when the tribunal's findings are finally complete after appeals etc (if any), look to see if terms like "abuse of process" occur. I don't expect to see adminiculum in a judicial review like this, but...
