Fair enough. He DID continue to work for him, so he at least thought that could work out.

I'm talking about removal of the phrase "grossly negligent" from his report, which would have inferred a crime. When the language was put in, surely the attorney(s) who wrote it understood its implication. This seems to be the strongest proof they just "let her off."
