iMining Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Inc. (formerly Parlane Resource) (IMIN-V) Apr 17, '18 is pleased to announce that it has closed the transactions comprising its change of business (the "COB") from a mineral exploration issuer to a data mining issuer.
The Company's COB involved (i) the acquisition of 500 S9 Antminer mining rigs, (ii) engaging MKH International Ltd. to host and operate the Company's mining rigs, (iii) a private placement of 5,100,000 subscription receipts at $0.15 per receipt for $765,000, (iv) the acquisition of the iMining brand, and (v) the change of the Company's name from Parlane Resource Corp. to iMining Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Inc. Full details of the COB, and of the Company's management, share capital structure, new business and risk factors following closing of the COB, are contained in the Company's Filing Statement dated April 4, 2018, which has been filed under the Company's SEDAR profile at www.sedar.com.
The Company's common shares will commence trading under its new name, iMining Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Inc., on the TSX Venture Exchange, with trading symbol "IMIN", effective at the opening on April 20, 2018.
There is no consolidation or change in the share capital of the Company. Shareholders are not required to exchange their existing share certificates for new certificates bearing the new company name and Company shares held electronically in Direct Registration System will be booked automatically.
The Company's new CUSIP number is 45250F108 and its new ISIN number is CA45250F1080.
