I would say AE is... so if we go bankrupt AE gets the property.
So the only course of action for us shareholders is to file a class action suit again Eveleigh Geo.
I can now see that AE has nothing to lose unless he’s removed as CEO(becomes a millionaire). He didn’t even care about moving this project forward and didn’t care about financing. It actually works in his favour.
A win win for him and a lose lose for us.
Is this fraudulent?

And he could ever sell her for peanuts and still walk away as a millionaire.
