...correction Joe, rising....this is the registration of the additional shares from 2/97 and 8/97---to now make total shares 20 mil---but we all knew that---all calculations of EPS, etc I have used have used the fully diluted shares of 20 mil....big blocks today,30-50k, many on the bid...but someone is gobbling them up, moving stock higher...
