Republicans pass tax cuts and then tell us a future Congress will find the spending cuts to pay for it. Then the future Congress passes another tax cut and says the same thing (read: Reagan and then Bush). Now, this Congress spent $1.9 on tax cuts and says a future Congress will find the spending cuts. The people who fall for this decade after decade are morons. That's why we need to ban the republican party.
