You present some valid points, I'll give you that.

My biggest exception is the free reign you give the Putz. He demeans, is uncivil, criticizes, insults, shills, and on and on. If you reigned him in, I might see validity in your actions and have a little more respect for you but the fact that you let that shill run amok on your board pretty much is a deal breaker for me.

On 'my board' I have allowed anybody who has a valid opinion, and who can manage to remain civil, at least loosely on topic, and who doesn't repeatedly threaten or insult other posters, or yes, myself to remain part of that community.
