John...letters and phone calls are good..each visitor gets two letter and two phone calls at our church. I think pastor Cho said it best" a personal visit is equal to 1000 sermons" paraphased. It makes an impact you will not believe,,it should be surprise too to work best.... but, to do it you need the system I outlined or it's too much work. John..just becasue you have enough money to retire and work for church doesn't mean you are to retire... Having money has nothing to do with what you do. That's one of the rules to having money and God at same time and it working out..... Money doesn't mean retire or buy something maybe give something. Theres no correlation. Get agrasp on this.. It's may the the reason that the stock market thing didn't work out. God knows that if it happened right you would retire and maybe that wasn't what He wanted. You retire or do any major thing becasue God tells us to do it. If the money isn't there then it will be. that is if it requires money. That's the thing about money...it can allow you to do things that God doesn't want us to do. We have to learn to just hear and do it...money has nothing to do with it. Is this making sense.. oh me, I just saw a report on one of the angels...della reese isn't perfect... Now, I wonder if God can use her???... I hope so Della is the older angel. she started singing gospel at 6 yrs old.. but, her life is far from perfect. I guess it's great that God doesn't have to find perfect instruments........ He would really be up a creek w/o a paddle. I'll post the others soon. John...you are good with systems..maybe you could put the system I described in place. It's important that it uses a key map system to minimize drives....you can help set it up with your skills and somebody else with predictable hours can run it God bless,
