I Love My @HOME.

I am an @home subscriber who has had absolutely no problems. I am in San Diego and get @home through Cox Cable. It took one phone call and they told me that they would be there on thursday between 9:00 and 11:00 AM. They arrived at 8:55 AM and one hour later I was online.

I suspect that your experience is due to Comcast not having their act together, not problems with @home. Cox cable does not refer customers to @home. They do it all. I suspect that service will remain spotty until the bugs are worked out in each cable service area.

However, San Diego was one of the original test areas so the bugs were worked out early.

Ask others here to find out what their experiences have been.

If @home eventually gets serviced as well in all areas as in San Diego, the stock should fly like their service does.
