What every portfolio should have.

It's no doubt that every portfolio should have diversification but the number one sector, in my personal opinion, everyone should include are banks.

Through my rough analysis, most banks have a great dividend payout, low P/E ratio, are relatively cheap and even if their chart shows no positive upward trend and it's more up and down there's no shame in buying more for a lower average purchase price.

PLUS

The power of compounding the dividends into more shares produces a bigger dividend payout.

Here in Australia banks are the sector everyone has in their portfolio's as they're the top earners in the country. They also pay a great dividend and have low P/E ratio. So for me it's a win-win.

Good Investing,
