She said that per the NASD compliance dept. the filing must be one from within the past 18 months. So according to that statement, if true, would make the 10K dated 3/27/97 a valid filing to satify compliance, correct? If so, no need for the latest 10K or 10Q except to satisfy shareholders (and others) who were told that they would be out before the end of '97. -Ken-
