Clinteroo, I think Zen was trying to work out a plan to bypass the purification process...go from flotation directly to graphene oxide, or a hybrid of that process. That would explain the rationale of using the composite material which included the smeared West pipe.

But Zen doesn't have a lab of it's own to do any of that work, so it was sending JJ's floated material around to get help with that, and giving any successful NDAs an opt-in opportunity.

That's just my wild guess obviously, but is the only explanation I could come up with for the ridiculous JJ delay. It's a big risk for Zen, but is their best chance to get the near half a billion needed for the CAPEX listed in the PEA. (Actually that would also reduce the CAPEX a bit.)

As of 2014 Zen needed a "go for broke" strategy...wild risk but a dream come true if they could get lucky and pull it off.

This dissident thing totally throws that strategy right out the door, because it's an all or nothing game, and at mid-point nobody would finance a big risk like that with absolutely no guarantee...why Zen was being so quiet.

That's the only explanation I can come up with for the long period of silence, other than an extended lifestyle maintenance for the BOD, which everyone frowns upon.

Another problem is there is a big race going on for cheap graphene production, and Zen isn't even near the peloton yet.
