i don't want to read that article because i know
i will be disgusted and dismayed.

years ago while hiking, my husband and i came
upon a trapped beaver - leg trap. we attempted
to release the beaver, but it would not let us near
him. when we went to the village office to let them
know, were told that a local had a license to do
that to save logging roads from being washed
out because of flooding.

we expressed our disagreement in no uncertain
terms to no avail.

animal control can be undertaken without cruelty
imo.
