Sounds like Bit_Dim didn't do any DD before throwing money into the ZEN pit.

A little research would have revealed the obligations to AE for termination without cause and/or for CHANGE OF CONTROL. - They should not be a surprise.

Alternately he could have read what the ZEN Truth Tellers (formerly known as Zen "bashers") have posted for years.

The details of AE's sweet deal was the subject of many posts.

Those posts also revealed the $250,000 due to AE's consulting company upon announcement (NOT completion) of the PFS.
OMG - there is another payout to AE if/when ZEN announces the FS. Who Knew??
They also discussed the Net Smelter Royalty that AE collects IF Zenyatta ever becomes a mine - regardless of who owns/operates the mine or whether AE has any affiliation with ZEN at the time.
I expect all of these will be a surprise to many of the sheeple.

Will it also be a surprise to the flock when they find out that the "agreement" with the CLFN expires as soon as the PFS is announced?
Another agreement will have to be negotiated.
What are the chances if the PFS reveals the use of HydroFluoric Acid to purify the graphite to the level required for producing graphene?

Big_Tim is just another lamb being led to the slaughter because he believed only those things that justified his decision to invest in ZEN.
