The present 10Ksb does not need to be released until after this RMCW merger is completed, and RMIL expected it to be done in November or early December! If the RMCW investor would have made the infusions at the proper time then we would have seen the 10KSB in December. Riley G ------- To: Ellen G. So according to that statement, if true, would make the 10K dated 3/27/97 a valid filing to satify compliance, correct? If so, no need for the latest 10K or 10Q except to satisfy shareholders (and others) who were told that they would be out before the end of '97. -Ken-
