Who will purchase Aubrey's shares if the choo choo team wins the vote?

1. New CEO hired.
2. AE voluntarily leaves or is canned.
3. The former CEO, now a non-insider, is free to dispose of his shares any way he pleases.

Recall, AE elected not to exercise cheapie, in the money options when the company was in need of cash.
He also refused to exercise any of his own rights in the rights offering.
Even a 20 cent average selling price would net him a 10+ bagger and over $1 million in gross profits.

As the ex-CEO, does anyone believe that AE would hold on to his shares?
