How Did We Get To Where We Are Today? In the context of where our share price is today I cannot believe how I must answer this question. We have the most Unique graphite deposit in the world. It is plentiful and the reality is it can be mined in a most environmentally friendly way, profitable even with drill cores, let alone an open pit mine. How can this gift from God be so mishandled to the benefit of all mankind, through the actions of well intentioned people? That is where we are.
I have been a Zenyatta shareholder for nearly 5 years. I was even a member of Chief's Board when the stock soared to near $5.00 (much to my chagrin. I was an active buyer in these heady days). I thought the chief to be very disingenuous when he sold and did not tell us. Turns out, ultimately, that he was right (for reasons that I am starting to better understand). At that time AE's best alternative was to sell the company for $5 per share. I believe he could of, but did not, for reasons that today even mystify even him. I believe those reasons have emanated from the very top scientist in the field and expert in the area of understanding of what it takes to produce the highest quality graphite in the world, Dr. Chahar. Our graphite was so unique that "buyers would beat a path to our doors". So we proceeded and did a very conservative PEA that showed excellent returns and a less then 5 year payout at $7500 at a very conservative depth. Wow, the upside looked tremendous. As we slowly progress to the PFS we become exceedingly distracted by a new and super high value market for the Nobel Peace Prize whining, new wonder material of graphene. The margins of being able to produce high quality graphene are out of sight and $5.00 a share looks insignificant to what we can now realize. AE you are a genius for your patience and enabling us into this realm of the truly most disruptive technology in the next 20 years.
Now, today we sit at a 5 year low in share price at $.42 while at the same time, the most advanced research scientific community in the world is extolling the virtues of the properties of our graphite that are the best they have ever seen in converting to the highest quality graphene, with dispersion characteristics that are unequalled. How can this most magnificent story not get out? I know it and most of you do as well.
We all have knowledge of this, so why are we not moving forward, the marketplace should be excited about what we are about to deliver and this should reflect in our share price. The answer appears to me that we have no money to take this Revelation to the next level. How do we raise the money we need. The current management has failed in this regard and we find ourselves with a concerned group of shareholders (CG) who are connected; with financiers that know our story and want to participate, but have been ignored by the present management for reasons unknown. I do not buy into some of the negative conspiracy theories being put forward on this board but I do know that we all make mistakes and think we know the best way. Ego is something we all struggle to overcome.
I believe that Zenyatta will be successful, regardless of the how the vote goes, the product is is that good and is truly a freak of nature. I also believe that we will more quickly achieve that goal with a vote for the YELLOW proxy. The leaders of the CG are good honest people that I know through this forum, much better then I know the present management who have not reciprocated to my questions.
