Well from what I understood, all the work has been done and it was just a matter of editing the report. See the many posts from Glorieux himself saying that. Especially on Agoracom when the crowd was lambasting someone for saying it would take a while to come out.

So if the work has all been done and it was a matter of editing then the additional cost would be extremely minimal.
