I don’t think that steak would pass Trump’s muster.

I cooked two sirloin tonight in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes and they came out exactly medium. I’m going to try 2 in the morning at 400 for 15 minutes and see what happens.

30 minutes at 350 is great for hamburgers but evidently not so great for steaks that I prefer show a little pink.

I roast the potatoes first, let them cool off and then cut them up and pan fry them.
