Andre, the "new product" will be a Cheaper Zip. The import of today's announcement is that Iomega will be able to build Zip drives with essencially one single ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) instead of a circuit board full of parts.

And they will have several "second sources" for their ASICs.
