My answer is everyday and twice on Sundays!! The question to ask ‘why wouldn’t you replace this BOD and CEO with the track record they have with this company?’ AE has founder’s syndrome ‘Founder's syndrome (also founderitis) is a popular term for a difficulty faced by organizations where one or more founders maintain disproportionate power and influence following the effective initial establishment of the project, leading to a wide range of problems for the organization.’ It is time for him to move on and get people in who can take this to the next level. I hear people talk about what experience does this group have in mining, etc. Well, I have no knowledge of the inner workings of a car but I own one. I just hire the experts that do to keep it running. I don’t have knowledge of the income tax act but I still do my taxes, I just hire those that do. The new BOD doesn’t have to be experts at mining they just have to have the ability to hire those that do and I have faith that they do. Yellow for me!
