2018-04-23 @ 230-pounds . . . still going strong!
I think this IS my way of life now.
I will add some special bread or chips or matzos ONCE IN A WHILE starting after my physical in May,
but for the most part, just always staying a little in ketosis mode.
I might just be down a pound every week (or two) from then on,
but still loving life and what I eat.
I have NO cravings for bread any more . . only slight thoughts about chips.
Once I taste them again I might not even like them!
I've heard that your tastes/cravings change once going keto for a while.
It will be interesting . . stay tuned to my continued life changing journey.
One thing I now know for sure --> grains/starch sure are addictive !!!
The fact that I am not constantly thinking about snacking now (like I used to 3-weeks ago) is a testament to that.
