The best predictor of future behaviour is to look at a persons past behaviour. So when I look at the 3 new board members and compare them to an individual who has pretty much run this company close to bankruptcy and then when is asked to a meeting acts like an emperor. Then we have a board member who is part of a company that has, if not mistaken, 500 plus million shares outstanding. I look at the past behaviour and see no good coming out of their future behaviour. I look at the 3 members along with potentially having Mr. Richardson playing a larger role then I know where to send my votes. Sure they may make a mistake but where we are and what has happened is not an option.
