The Southern California Metropolitan Water District is already moving ahead building the Delta Project to safely harvest more water from the Sacramento River. Southern California will now always have more than enough water regardless of bad droughts get as the climate continues to warm.

California Farmers looked forward to receiving a big percentage of this additional water but withdrew from the project when they discovered the water project was not free, but would in fact require them to contribute billions toward the construction.

Since withdrawing from the new water project, billionaire farmers in the California Central Valley have been looking for a Sugar-Daddy to pay for a share of the Delta Project so they can obtain the water for free.

Since Trump's lose-lose trade war badly harmed agricultural exports, Trump has promised California farmers they can count on receiving a special favor.

Farm districts believe Trump's is arranging to pay for a significant portion of the $18 billion water project so farmers can receive welfare-water free of charge.
