My suspicion, for what it's worth is that MH Meyerson is doing what they SEEM to do with every stock... it may not actually be true. They seem to short stock when it makes sense to do it, and they did in fact come back on the Ask when it started to move down. I actually unloaded a little bit when they hit the Ask because I expected that they would move it down.... and understandably since they made a boatload of money doing it I'm sure. I suspect they also lost some money trying to do the same thing right before the last run... it's a totally legitimate thing for them to do. If I were an MM and really knew what I was doing I'd probably do the same. Believe it or not, shorting actually works to everyones advantage when it's done responsibly. I'd recommend a book called "Selling Short" by a guy named Wiley I think. Excellent book if you're interested. Reads like a novel. It also helps explain the MM and specialist functions and how the job is done...
