Jim,

I took Sammy's meaning to be the fact that someone described as a "consultant to the management of Oilex and to the Board of Directors of Oilex" has previously entered guilty pleas to two felony counts of violating securities laws. Even though the law firm representing Oilex has denied this person is part of management, there are reasons in some people's minds to question the veracity of this denial. If you wish to know those reasons, please review the thread for the last four months.
