Right wing nonsense. Nordic countries have large governments and the people are much happier and healthier than here. They also have a large middle class with much less income inequality than here..

You don't seem to understand in a democracy, you are the government , and better you control the tax dollars to better society than turn that control over to corporations, and keep the taxes at an appropriate level to sustain a vibrant society.

The proof of this is extensive. You are defending the corporations hegemony over us just like the non slave farmers in the south defended the plantation owners who's slaves free labor competed directly with them.

So the question seems to be what do we spend money on.

Whatever you spend it on, spend less of it at the government level.
