Rose you surely know that Elizabeth II is queen of Canada and not USA. So Justin can seek direct directions from her. USA is completely subject to the prime minister's political decisions. Because of so many English loving to disparage our great leader Big Don while voting for that ridiculous little rooster Sadiq Jihad Khan as mayor of the heart of the glorious British Empire, it's not electorally wise for Theresa to invite Big D to Jolly Olde Englande. Which is not so jolly these days with jihad the norm. I note the jihad promotional drive today down Yonge Street to celebrate diversity. Meanwhile Big D is fairly busy so perhaps a post Brexit invitation will be given. UK will enjoy wider trade without being stuck in the suffocaticratic kleptocracy of EU. Mqurice
