PROXY VOTE QUESTIONS - I have received my Green proxy control numbers. I expect the YELLOW will be coming soon. When I go to the Zenyatta website they say "PLEASE VOTE USING ONLY THE GREEN COLOURED PROXY". They also advise on the website how they would like me to vote AGAINST the removal and 4 current Directors and to WITHHOLD the election of the dissidents' three Director nominees. When I go to the link they provide for Proxy Vote - Client Login and it allows me to choose AGAINST their recommendations. So my questions are why do we need the YELLOW proxy vote control numbers and are we sure that they are going to be recognized by the company. A second question relates to whether the control numbers are different for GREEN versus YELLOW? Thanks to anyone who can help me out. Regards, Priddis Brownie
