Hello Priddis, That is a good question that has come up before privately so happy that you put it out here for everyone to see. When you vote using the green proxy, whether for or against, the ZEN management team receives the info you voted and we do not. When you vote using the YELLOW proxy, we can see how many votes are supporting our side. We don't get any names as the vote is anonymous for all but the 22 registered shareholders but we get the number of shares supporting our plan. It is about market intelligence and also insures your votes would be tallied properly. Thanks for that excellent question. Also, if anyone voted using the green proxy, you can vote again using the yellow proxy. Your last registered vote is the one that will be counted. Francis
