Okay, here's the deal. Republican donors told them they had to pass a tax cut or they wouldn't get anymore money. They passed the tax cut. They didn't know how much it was going to cost or how they were going to pay for it.

Months( a few weeks ago) later Sen. Corker said it was the worst vote of his lifetime.

A normal legislator knows the cost. They didn't know crap. It's like buying a house and six months later learning how much it cost.
