One other item: on the week-end I contacted a few friends who I knew had smaller positions in Zen and who don't read the material on this site. In two cases they said they had voted yellow and mailed their (green) proxy forms. When I told them to hold off until they received the yellow forms they said, 'too late, its been mailed'. Hopefully the process of vote counting (of green forms) is fairly monitored by a third party. I would suggest that pressing for transparency when it comes to counting all votes should be a concern we want addressed.
