AbraPlata Resources (ABRA-V) AbraPlata Provides Tremendous Silver Leverage

Yesterday, AbraPlata Resource Corp. (TSXV: ABRA / OTCKPK: ABBRF) announced that it had filed the Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA') report for its Diablillos silver-gold project in Argentina. More details follow below.

The company will be doing a small non-brokered private placement. Please contact Rob Bruggeman at rob@abraplata.com if you are an accredited investor and you would like to discuss the private placement or express interest in participating. Silver prices have been outperforming recently and AbraPlata provides tremendous leverage to silver, as the Diablillos mineral resource is almost equal to 2 ounces of silver-equivalent for every common share outstanding.

The Diablillos PEA indicated very robust economics for an open pit mine with a conventional silver processing circuit. Diablillos has the potential to produce an average of 9.8 million silver-equivalent ounces (70% silver, 30% gold) per year with an All-in Sustaining Cost of $7.52/oz (all amounts in USD). The PEA estimates an after-tax NPV(7.5% discount rate) of $212 million with a 30.2% IRR. The news release also discussed opportunities to add near-surface silver resources and deeper high grade gold resources. Link to the news release
