No, no, no. You don't understand. Under an infrastructure scheme losses are returned to the state while profits are privatized. Where have you been?

When Trump pushes a funding program through Congress for the California Delta water project, it's only right that the taxpayer pay for the infrastructure and the land I want to buy, and farmers pay for the operating costs - but only if they're not too large.

None of the increased value from being able to plant almonds or pistachios in the West Valley, instead of the occasional alfalfa crop, goes to the taxpayer. Suggesting the increased income or increased value goes to the taxpayer is a false statement!

The increased land value and profits all goes to the landowners who have paid for lobbyists and media campaigns for the past 30 years to drive Fox-watching Loons in Arizona to push for Federal funding of their water project.

The taxpayer gets the cost of the MAGA water project while the landowner-farmer gets the profits. It's the American way.
