Walmart will happily flash store ads on the screen you are staring out while the ECG is working away And that might increase their sales very slightly. Enough to pay for clinics and the diagnostics and treatments those clinics supply? No. It might not have to, they can charge for the actual diagnostics and treatments rather than give them away for the ad revenue. They could also combine both. Either scenario is much more likely than purely ad supported clinics.
