Its rather ingenious, really. AE got himself tossed from CEO so he could say he was trying to meet some of the shareholder demands. Then got his package renewed so there is nothing Choo Choo or others can do when they get into the BoD.
Immediately upon arrival to the BoD, they have to determine who becomes CEO and what wage they pay him or her? At the sametime Choo Choo will be presented with the state of the Nation, as it were.
Watch how informative Choo Choo, goes deathly quiet. He will have no choice. He cannot release anything without Chairman Approval and what he would like to release will not get approval. So much like Choo Choo's Teck Corp meeting, their will be lots of innuendo but no substance or proof of what he says and everything will be "off the record" with a wink wink nod nod.
Even the most stunned of ZEN investor must have figured out by now that if there was ANY good news, ANY AT ALL, AE would have thrown it out like a lifeline so he could stay on as CEO. Even he knows a gift horse when he sees it. He has stepped down as CEO, now awaits for Choo Choo's arrival and immediately tenders his resignation siting irreconcilable differences with a person who knows nothing and is full of chit! I will let you guess which person I am talking about lol
Then just like MetalCorp, AE slides off into the night, damage already done, no repair and no way for the "Dissidents" to stop his big pay check at the end of this fiasco lol
