I'm interested. Thanks for the update. Glad to hear of your success. Fwiw, I am now 100% long from about 1.5% higher. These are non margin accounts and in stuff I would keep until ... and after ... swans if needed. Agree about the money. Also, major long Florida real estate in the panhandle. Looked at another piece of property yesterday and will make a bid. "They ain't making no mo of it" and the boomers are flying in here every day to The Emerald Coast, a/k/a Redneck Rivera, and they are BUYING everything in sight. 10,000 boomers a DAY are retiring and a big percentage don't want "no mo" cold, rainy, icey, snowy winters and they do have money.
