<< Good news out of GMSTF today. Microsoft decided not to fight GMSTF in court and will instead pay 'em to use their guide. This was a rather large risk that has now been overcome. Stock should be up tomorrow.>> Microsoft CANT fight gmstf on the patents. gmstf(or rather the rump sght's) patents are very broad, detailed etc. Stick aroound for 2-3 quarters and you might see $60+. Today was just the beginning(imho).
