You said the dot coms caused deficits to fall. Then you changed it to military spending decreases. Which is it? You're making things up. Spending didn't fall one penny under Clinton but of course revenue soared by about $1 trillion.

If republicans were able to pass any of their tax cuts we wouldn't have seen one penny of surplus under Clinton.
