I take 50,000iu daily for 15 years I have had no adverse effects With D3 you need blood test. Also A PTH test. PTH below 20 stop taking D3. Your PTH will go up quickly so you can resume D3. Drink a lot of water, a must! My PTH has been going up since I started D3. Now my PTH = 48 All of my doctors told me my PTH would go to zero! They learn this mistake in Medical school.
