Don't worry, Zona has much further (down) to go... Don't be misled by short-covering rallies or interim squeezes. There is absolutely zero value in this company. One of the classic mistakes that a holder of good stocks makes is selling too early, and the inverse for a short-seller is covering too early. I have been short Zona since the low 30s, and I have been shorting all the way down to 14. I still maintain that this stock will fall to the floor. It didn't surprise me that Zona went up with Nasdaq today...so did a lot of other garbage (for example, check out ZITL). This does not change my outlook one bit. In the short term, Zona's price will fluctuate like any other stock. In the long term we know three things for certain: 1) Zonagen does not have an effective ED medication. 2) Zonagen will continue to lose massive amounts of money. 3) Zonagen is a fraud and a scam. I expect Zonagen to trade in the low single digits.
