That article hurts more than helps. All of the D3 levels in that article would not help a fruit fly. Until Medical schools smarten up about D3 D3 will not help anyone stupid enough to take their doctors advice/judgement as doctors are taught D3 can be toxic Which is utter Bullshit. Dr. Michael Holick has stated there has never been a D3 overdose. Dehydration has been the cause of a few peoples death that ignorant doctors attributed to D3 overdose!
