If anyone has an Investors Bussiness Daily account, we could get the thesis of this article even though it is 2 years old. Huawei and ZTE together had 50% of the market, and with their supply chains getting disrupted there might be a very large open door for INFN , CIEN, Nokia, but I am trying to find the market breakdown of ZTE, Huawei sales- Huawei was heavy in Europe/Asia and still had a good chunk of non-govt US business if I am not mistaken-
