Clinteroo, take a look at when Duncan joined PRK and when negotiating the off-takes commenced ............ it ain't no co-incidence. If Duncan locks in over 200,000 tonnes in off-take (majority of Blawn production) ............. that mine and production facilities will be financed no problem. The Asian/Indians don't mess around when they want a piece. Canada Carbon is dealing with the courts but that doesn't mean Duncan stops doing deals and when the time comes ............ Miller will be fully funded too.
