The secret to good stir fry veggies is use a tab of butter and a dab of olive oil. Melt the oil/butter mixture on med-high heat. Throw in chopped what ever veggies you have in the fridge.........all veggies mix together well.............and stir fry for about 5 minutes.

Right before serving sprinkle with salt and Lemon Pepper.

They turn out buttery, and have a distinct salt, lemon and pepper flavor.

Really delicious!

One of my favorite combinations is snow peas, brussel's sprouts, broccoli and/or asparagus, zucchini and sweet onion.

Another great veggie recipe:

Cut into slices yellow, red, orange (and if you must.......green) peppers and sweet onion. Toss them together in a small amount of olive oil. Lay them out on a cookie sheet and roast in a 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes, turning once during roasting. Take them out of the oven, put them in a bowl, lay on a small amount of balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar if you can't find glaze (trader joes) and liberally sprinkle with salt or salt substitute and pepper.

So yummy!
